We can also drop the bike on your place & pick the bike from your place with some additional charges.

1. The rider/driver must be 20 years old or older to rent a vehicle. If the rider/driver is under the stipulated age, his or her order will be canceled without any refund.
2. The following documents will be verified, in original, for each rider/driver:
   a) Driving License

B)Passport, Election Card, or Aadhaar Card*

*Additional documents may be required based on the location.

The security deposit mentioned must be paid in cash at the pickup location to the operator. Adventure Keeda does not accept online payments of the security deposit.

1. Vehicle bookings are subject to availability. Adventure Keeda reserves the right to cancel any booking if deemed necessary.
2. Riders/drivers should respect and follow traffic rules and regulations at all times. All challans issued due to rider/driver negligence need to be paid in full to the penalizing authority or legal action can be taken towards the rider/driver.
3. The rider/driver is not authorized to lend the vehicle to anybody else without first informing Adventure Keeda. In such cases, Adventure Keeda will verify the documents of the new rider/driver before starting the trip.
4. The rider/driver is authorized to inspect and test drive the vehicle before renting it. After the rider/driver declares that the vehicle meets their requirements, no claim will be accepted against any physical or mechanical damage with the vehicle later. All the damage-related expenses must be borne by the rider/driver with genuine spares. The rider/driver can take a photograph of the vehicle for security purposes.

TRIP EXTENSION AND MODIFICATION  POLICY

1. The vehicle must be returned on the specified date and time as mentioned in the booking/invoice copy. A delay without intimating Adventure Keeda will warrant a penalty as per the operator Terms and Conditions.
2. If a rider/driver feels that they will not be able to return the vehicle on the specified date and time, then, they should call Adventure Keeda User Care/vendor and ask for a trip extension. Extensions are subject to availability.
3. A trip extension request must be made at least 4 hours before the drop-off time. Such requests are to be made to Adventure Keeda User Care over the phone or through our website. The request will be confirmed or denied based on the availability of vehicles. In case the rider/driver doesn’t drop the vehicle in spite of a denied extension request, the penalty charges will be applicable.
4. The charges for a trip extension are the standard rates.
5. After a booking is confirmed, the pickup date, time, and location cannot be changed.
6. The rider/driver must drop the vehicle at the same location from where it was picked up. We do not accommodate requests for a change in the drop location.

FEE POLICY

1. The vehicle must be returned on the specified date and time as mentioned on the booking/invoice copy. A delay without intimating the vendor/Adventure Keeda will attract penalty as per operator TnC.
2. In case of damage to the helmet, the rider is liable to pay the fine as specified by the operator.
3. In case of damage to the vehicle on the rent due to accident/mishandling/carelessness, appropriate charges will be calculated by the operator and the rider/driver is liable to pay the same to the operator along with the daily tariff until the vehicle is ready for renting again.
4. Despite any provisions of law to the contrary, user agrees and acknowledge that in case of theft, the User is liable to pay, in full, the market rate of the vehicle.
5. In the case of engine failure or any other fault, the rider/driver must contact the operator before getting any repairs done.

SAFETY

Adventure Keeda expects its users to ensure the following to help avoid safety issues:

1. The user must ensure that all passengers wear safety belts or helmets.
2. The number of passengers must not exceed the seating capacity of the vehicle. Adventure Keeda reserves the right to fine or blocks a user due to non-compliance.

1. Adventure Keeda is not responsible for any accident and/or injury caused to the rider/driver and/or any of the passengers due to personal negligence or negligence of the rider/driver.
2. Driving Under the Influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited. Adventure Keeda will not be responsible for paying compensation for any mishaps and their consequences in such cases. The rider/driver will be liable to pay the operator for all the damages.
